I had to take my girlfriends car there after getting rear ended. They gave us a straight forward quote. They also helped to arrange a car rental too. The work was performed without flaws. All of the employees were honest. I would encourage anyone else who needs work done, minor or major to use Baltimore Collision Center.

So I called after 5pm on the Friday before a hooliday and they still say me. My bumper was hanging off my car, and they fixed it there on the spot for free! Not only that, but they were polite and honest - not to mention kind! They have a customer for life!

I decided to try Baltimore Collision Center after doing some research based on the previous positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The owner was very personable and helpful and seems to make customer satisfaction a point of emphasis. In my case, I needed an alignment and new struts, not body work, and I was very pleased with the customer service. I felt I was being dealt with honestly and that is of the utmost importance to me and why I feel comfortable writing a strong recommendation.

These guys are great. They rebuilt a 2006 Infinity G35 from the instrument panel forward and it's the best work I've ever seen in my 45 years of driving. They also repaired the passenger side door and maintained all of the fit and finish so that the complex window action worked and sealed perfectly. My BMW will be in there next week for a front end repair and I'm confident that it will be as close to as good as new as a repair can be.

I've been to this shop 3 times over the past 2 years and I can tell you they consistently do Great work. On the Accident visit, i had doubts on how my car would look since i'm a PIAss when it comes to my car. The Color match was perfect and Car looked Great. Two other times were for tires and Service work. Prices were alot better than the dealer and they saved me a bunch of money.. Thanks Guys.. To you readers- I highly recommend these guys - they are friendly, honest, fair, and conveinent.
